One address. It reaches the person who does the work.
There is no contact form on this site, because a form would need somewhere to send itself and I would rather not put a third party between you and me. There is no phone number either — I would not answer it reliably, and a number that rings out is worse than no number at all.
01 What to send
A sentence is enough to start.
You do not need to write a brief. If I emailed you first, hitting reply is the best possible version of this — your details are already in that thread.
If you are getting in touch cold, the address of your current website is the single most useful thing you can put in the message. Everything else I can ask about afterwards.

- What the business does, in one line
- Whether you are after the one-page site or the six-page one
- Any date you are working towards
None of it is required. An email that just says “what would this cost for us?” with a web address underneath gets a proper answer.
02 What happens next
You get a reply from a person
Not an autoresponder, not a sequence. I aim to answer the same working day.
You are not added to anything
No newsletter, no mailing list, no drip campaign. Emailing me is not consent to be marketed at, and I have no list to add you to.
No analytics, no pixels
No tracking pixels, no read receipts, no cookies, no analytics on this website — so I will not know whether you opened the reply. The server keeps standard access logs, as every web server does.
03 If you want me to stop
Telling me to go away is the same email address.
If I contacted you and you would rather I had not, reply to that email with anything at all — “remove” on its own is plenty — or write to the address above.
Your details go on a suppression list, which exists purely so that the same details cannot be picked up again by a later batch. Any example page I built for your business is deleted. You do not have to explain yourself and there is nothing further to unsubscribe from.
